Kathmandu, Sept 13 – The Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) has announced that peace, stability, and normalcy have been fully restored across the country, and tourism activities are back on track. Following the formation of the Interim Government under Nepal’s first female Prime Minister, Hon. Sushila Karki, daily life has resumed smoothly with businesses, offices, and transport services operating normally.
Hotels, restaurants, domestic and international flights, and major tourist destinations are open and welcoming visitors. The NTB emphasized that the spirit of hope—particularly among youth—reflects growing confidence in governance and socio-economic stability, with timely elections assured by the Interim Government.
Highlighting Nepal’s resilience through past crises, NTB expressed confidence that the tourism sector will rebound stronger than ever, as visitors return to experience the Himalayas, vibrant culture, and sacred heritage sites.
“Nepal is now safe, peaceful, and ready to host visitors from around the world,” the NTB stated, urging travelers to check official updates through its website www.ntb.gov.np.
